MyCPAP offers FREE shipping on total purchases over $900, valid only to shipping within the Hong Kong SAR. Purchases below $900 are subject to a minimum $50 shipping fee.

Here at MyCPAP we want you to start on your CPAP therapy without delay and so we will do our best to process and ship you the order in the shortest amount of time possible. Once your order has gone through and payment is confirmed we will make it our priority to send out your shipment as soon as possible. Your purchased items will be ready for use at your door step within days!

Pick up at our location may also be an option and arranged on an individual basis. Please contact us for further information.

Shipping is to a registered address within the Hong Kong SAR. However, please feel free to contact our customer service team if you would like to purchase any of our products and live outside of the Hong Kong SAR. We will try our best to accommodate your wishes.

Due to the new COVID restrictions set out by our delivery means, SF Express cannot directly deliver the order to your residential address. All deliveries are to be collected from a service point/station.
