PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO MAKING ANY PURCHASES.
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
All CPAP Machines carry a 2 year manufacturers warranty from date of purchase. If product is found to be defective and still under warranty, just contact our customer service team and we will investigate and replace the defective machine as soon as possible.
All CPAP Masks carry a company warranty for 28 days against defects from date of purchase. If defects are found please contact our customer service team for a quick investigation and replacement.
All decisions are made final solely at the discretion of MyCPAP.
MyCPAP does not allow the refund or return of any products due to the strict hygienic nature of our business. Subject to company policy, exchanges may be allowed if you have purchased the wrong item and wish to exchange the item for another.
If you have incorrectly ordered and purchased item(s). Cancel your order before shipment for a full refund.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be still sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original condition and packaging that it was sent to you in. All exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis and the final outcome rests solely at the discretion of MyCPAP.
All shipping costs for exchanges shall be paid by the customer.
Fulfillment of Orders
After placing an order, a receipt will be automatically mailed to the purchasers email confirming the intent to purchase item(s). This receipt is not a binding contract. Orders may be withdrawn or cancelled by MyCPAP at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of malicious or fraudulent intent and order that are shipped outside our network.
